Standard mesh doesn't always fit a project's sheet size. Custom-made mesh follows the dimensions and mesh spacing from your calculation, with less cutting waste on site.
When standard mesh isn't enough
Standard mesh suits rectangular, repeatable areas. With non-standard sheet sizes, openings or non-standard mesh spacing, using standard formats quickly leads to a lot of cutting and material loss on site.
Project-specific mesh is matched in advance to the exact dimensions, so it can be laid on site immediately without adjustment.
From calculation to production
The basis is your design office's calculation: mesh size, wire diameter and sheet dimensions. We translate that data into a production schedule on our wire-drawing and ribbing lines.
Where it saves material, for example by slightly adjusting sheet sizes to the standard line width, we propose that. The final decision remains yours and your design office's.
Combined with loose cut bar
Edges, corners and openings are rarely fully solved with mesh alone. That's why we usually supply project mesh together with matching cut bar in the same shipment.
That way the site receives one coordinated delivery for the full reinforcement of the slab, instead of two separate orders that need separate checking.
Transport and stacking of project mesh
Custom mesh is stacked and bundled according to sheet size, so the order on site matches the laying sequence. For larger slabs we agree in advance on the most efficient way to arrange the overlaps.
For deliveries outside Belgium, the bundle build-up is also matched to the unloading infrastructure at the destination.

Send us the sheet dimensions, the required mesh spacing and the wire diameter from your calculation. Based on that we prepare a quote with a lead time.
For projects with multiple sheet sizes, one request can cover all variants at once, so production is scheduled in a single run.
