Sixty years of reinforcing steel: from local supplier to exporter with in-house production in the Doornpark industrial estate in Beveren.
Metalfac Van Houts was founded in the 1960s and initially operated mainly on the local Belgian market for reinforcing steel products.
Later, its own production and processing lines were brought into service. In the early 1980s the company moved to its current location in the Doornpark industrial estate in Beveren.
The production department comprises wire drawing and ribbing machines as well as cutting machines. An automated cutting machine helps us keep pace with the growing demand for cut-to-size products.
Over the years our activities have been systematically extended to a number of export markets: from Latin America through Africa to countries in the Pacific. Via the nearby seaports and in close cooperation with our logistics partners there, we handle your delivery both FOB and C&F.
