- Do you also supply small quantities?
- Yes. Because small and large runs share the same lines, we can schedule limited quantities and repeat orders. Send us your list and we'll tell you immediately what is feasible.
- How fast do I get a quote?
- Complete requests — diameter, grade, length, tonnage and delivery location — are normally answered within one working day.
- Can you cut to size?
- Yes. Our automated cutting machine turns coils and bars into exact lengths, including bundling to match your site layout.
- What is the difference between FOB and C&F with you?
- Under FOB we deliver on board at the port of loading and you arrange the ocean freight. Under C&F the ocean freight to the port of destination is included in our price.
- Do you deliver to site?
- For Belgian and European deliveries we work with fixed hauliers who unload directly on site, in line with your planning.
- What information do you need for a price?
- Diameter(s), steel grade, lengths or cutting schedule, total tonnage, requested delivery date and the delivery address or port of destination.
