Ribbing
Ribbing machines apply the profile that creates bond with concrete. The rib pattern is monitored during production so every coil and bar behaves identically.
Automated cutting
An automated cutting machine processes both coils and bars into exact lengths. That automation lets us follow rising demand for custom sizes without stretching lead times.
Bundling and identification
Bundles are composed, marked and packed according to destination — a local site loads differently from a container heading overseas.
Flexible batch sizes
Small and large runs share the same lines, so repeat orders can be scheduled without waiting for a full production cycle.
