The cutting machine works from entered lengths and quantities. Every bar in a run is identical and dimensional accuracy holds even after thousands of cuts.
That automation is why we can follow rising demand for custom sizes without lead times increasing.
From coil or from bar
Cutting from coil is efficient for smaller diameters and reduces cutting loss considerably.
For larger diameters we start from bar. Which route we take is decided together, based on your schedule.
Bending and stirrups
For bent elements and stirrups we match execution to your drawing and to the required internal diameters.
Send us the bending schedules and we assess what we produce internally and what goes through our network.
Delivery per element
Bundles can be composed and marked per structural element, so no sorting is needed on site.
That saves time when unloading and reduces mistakes during fixing.
