Reinforcing mesh
Mesh lays faster than loose bar and gives uniform reinforcement across the entire slab.
Why mesh instead of loose bar
Mesh cuts placing time considerably: one sheet replaces dozens of individually tied bars and keeps the spacing correct automatically.
It also makes the result more predictable. Cover and spacing are fixed in the sheet itself, so less depends on execution details on site.
Choosing mesh size and diameter
Mesh size and wire diameter follow from the load and the slab thickness. Send us your engineer's data and we supply the matching sheets.
For large areas we look at sheet size and overlaps together, keeping cutting losses down.
Transport and stacking
Sheets are delivered stacked, with stack heights matched to your unloading equipment.
For export, packages are additionally bundled to prevent shifting during the sea voyage.
Combined with custom bar
Edges, openings and connections often require loose bar. We supply those together with the mesh in the same shipment.
One delivery for your site to receive and check.
