Wire drawing & ribbing
Our own drawing and ribbing lines determine the diameter and the profile of the steel — the two properties everything else relies on.
Drawing: the right diameter
Drawing pulls wire rod through dies until the required diameter is reached, in steps, so the material deforms under control.
The result is a constant cross-section over the full length. That consistency is what later produces predictable mesh, stirrups and cut bar.
Ribbing: bond with concrete
Ribbing applies the relief that anchors the steel in concrete. Without that profile reinforcement could slip under load.
The rib pattern is monitored during production so all coils and bars fall within the same tolerances.
Why in-house matters
Because drawing and ribbing happen on our own site, we can switch quickly between diameters and batch sizes.
That makes it possible to schedule limited quantities without lead times running away.
Straight into cutting
Drawn and ribbed wire feeds directly into the cutting machine or into mesh production.
This short internal chain limits handling and therefore damage.

Frequently asked questions
- Which diameters do you draw?
- The range depends on the application; send us the diameters you need and we confirm what we produce or source through our network.
- Is the rib pattern checked?
- Yes, during production, so deviations are corrected on the line.
- Can I get both coil and bar?
- Yes, depending on how you process the material.
