What custom cutting delivers on site
Cut bar removes double handling. What arrives ready to size needs no measuring, sawing or sorting — fixers can start immediately and less steel is left unused.
Waste drops as well. When cutting schedules are optimised on our machine, every bar is divided as efficiently as possible across the requested lengths.
How we process your schedule
You send the list of diameters, steel grade, lengths and quantities. We check it against available raw material and the capabilities of the cutting machine.
Where useful we propose an alternative distribution that saves material or transport. The choice stays yours.
Bundling and identification
Bundles are composed per length or per structural element — whichever works fastest on your site — and marked accordingly.
For export shipments the bundle build-up is matched to the lifting and unloading infrastructure at the destination port.
Lead time
Because cutting happens in-house, the lead time depends on our own planning rather than a third party's.
That means repeat orders during a running project can usually be fitted in quickly.
